| Info: | Bill Elmer started competing in Pro-Am and Couples competitive dances in 2000 in both UCWDC and CWDI events throughout the western U.S. He has numerous 1st place finishes, including one overall and one age-group Triple Crown Title for the State of California. He has been teaching dance (two step, nite club, other couples dances, and line dances) since 2003. He still enjoys competing in Just Dance and Jack and Jill comps at the advanced level at several events a year.
